The order process is over an encrypted secure TLS connection. You can change the language and the currency in yours in the checkout process, so its safe and easy for you to order.

All prices are final. 20 % Austrian taxes are included. For all customers outside the EU the Austrian 20 % tax will be cut out at checkout. Maybe you have to pay your local import taxes during the delivery.

The amount of the import duties is determined by the respective customs authority. The time required for this customs declaration process is beyond our control. The Austrian Post has no influence on this either. The time factor of customs control is not included in our shipping time, as it cannot be calculated. The shipping times given by us are guideline values of the Austrian Post and can vary significantly in today's internationally complicated times. These shipping delays, which are not our fault, do not result in a right to cancel the order.

You can use your PayPal account. Using PayPal for checkout you don`t need any Credit Card.

You can also pay with Credit Card and Debit Card via PayPal. Therefor you need no PayPal account. Visacard, Mastercard and also American Express works fin. Amex is not supported in all Countries.

There are no further costs from our side, not even from PayPal . There may be fees from your payment service provider according to your credit card contract.

Shipping goes per each order and not per item! So you can order different pieces for only one shipping rate.

Production may take a few days, depending on the season and the order situation. Afterwards the dispatch takes place. Delivery time on average one Week.

Against payment in advance by PayPal plus € 30,00 for shipping inclusive of packaging. After the receipt of your order and the guaranteed payment, Corinna Kirchhof will produce the desired products for you, all individual pieces. Production may take a few days, depending on the season and the order situation. Afterwards the dispatch takes place. Delivery time on average two Weeks.

Importend to know:

In order to keep the usual and favorable shipping costs for the shipping of our unique handcrafted products from Austria to the whole world, the dispatch takes place with the Austrian Post. Priority shipping with standard shipping times and tracking. The stated time of about two weeks for example to America, Australia or New Zealand is a guideline and may extend especially through the customs clearance. As a small company with one of a kind items and small shipping quantities, we do not get the same conditions on the shipping market as the big international mail order companies. Please keep in mind the duration of the shipment is a standard value. And may vary depending on the weatherconditions, transport problems, political unrest, strikes, demonstrations, customs legal issues and other problems. We will do our best but thinks like this are not under our control.

New Service - Pick up in Dürnstein: 

You can order online and safe the money and the time for shipping. After Corinna has made your ordered one of a kind pieces, we store them for free. Until you pick them up during your stay in Dürnstein. Of course, you can also ask family members, friends, acquaintances, neighbors, colleagues to pick up your things. For example, during a Danube river cruise. We only need the order confirmation with the proof of payment. You can pick up the pieces ordered at our store in Dürnstein 75, Am Prangerplatz.
